Get fresh basil and parsley available all the time.
I grow my own basil and I can’t seem to use it fast enough. I alsso buy three to four bundles of parsley at a time. I hate to leave it in the fridge and see them turn bad. So I have a small trick, I put the basil and parsley in a freezer baggie, then place the baggies in the freezer. This makes them readily available at all times without the worry of it going bad. Also by placing them in the freezer, you don’t having to chop the basil or parsley. When they are nice and frozen, you can crumble them up right in the baggie. Instantly chopped.
