My weekly vegetable purchase
The trick to 15-minute meals is to have everything prepped in advance. Vegetables should be washed and trimmed. Meats should be cleaned from all fat, cut into portions and frozen. All your Herbs should be washed and ready.

The way I like to store vegtables
I have found a great way to have my vegetables last longer and not get slimy. I first wash all the vegtables. Then I like to put a paper towel on the bottom of the storage container so it can absorb all the moisture. I change the paper towel every week when I add fresh vegetables.
After the 1st week I will start to incorporate some exercise. I am going to go slow and steady. I want this to be a long term resolution. I don’t want this to be something I do for one or two months and get discouraged and give up.
